Blueberry Smoothie 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Coconut Milk (home made)
2 handfuls Blueberries
1/2 banana (peeled)
pinch seasalt
teaspoon Protein powder
1/4 teaspoon Dulce flakes (optional)



METHOD:

Wizzed together in Thermomix for 1 minute

ALTERNATE SUGGESTIONS:

Can vary pretty much any ingredients to suit.
Could also add an egg.
