Still trying to get spoke nipples

Wrote to Greg at TWE to try to get spoke nipplesHi Greg,
I do NOT need spokes.
I got the spokes when I picked up the wheels on 24th November BUT I did not get the nipples or washers.
All I need is what I asked for:
4 spare internal nipples as in my rear wheel
4 spare washers as used in my rear wheel
4 spare nipples as used on my front wheel
I know it is a very small and minor item but when/if I do need them it is going to be a much bigger hassle.
Here are some photos that may help remind you, I paid $625 for the lacing (including $85 for new front hub)
Rear wheel spokes were 254mm inside and 258 outside
Here are the internal nipples I would like some spares of.
This is a shot from inside the rim and there must be a washer underneath the nipple as that is what we decided was needed.
Front wheels have 250mm spokes
these are just standard nipples, but black.

Hi Greg,
Back in November you laced a set of wheels for me for our tandem MTB with the Rohloff hub.
I spent a month or so being upset that the Rohloff wheel was 3 cross rather than 2 cross although you assured me the spokes would not break and it was stronger that way.
I have been in Japan since then and am putting this all behind me as I just want to get out and use the wheels.
Our original agreement involved you supplying spare spokes and nipples so I would have them if ever needed but in the fuss about the lacing I only picked up the spokes.
Could you please post the following to the address below.
