This job had to be completed before the roof racks could go on.

This shows a patch with epoxy, fibreglass and some plastic in the rear where there was some thin insulating foam.

Here are a number of patches just with fibreglass.

This shows the rust marks on the roof on the left before cleaning and on the right after sanding. I used filler and then spray undercoat to finish off where I had patched the holes.
