Eucumbene River Trip

The river height was 5.3 metres on the gauge under the bridge and we were on the water by 8:30 am.
It took almost exactly 3 hours and although one rapid needed some in boat manoeuvres over rocks I didm't need to portage once.
It was pretty low at at the lower gauge it was 1.12 metres.
There were 8 on the trip. Bjorn did not start due to a nasty cut on his knuckles from the Snowy the day before and he was replaced by Dwayne from Canberra.
The others were Mic, Jiri, John, Colin, Greg, Mark (also from Canberra) and me.
It took pretty much 2 hours to drive to Canberra via Tharwa including stopping for petrol in Adaminaby.
