• I started quite early with about an hour to the start gate opened.
• Despite this I was one of the last to leave the launch area.
• Got to a good height and landed in the Kerry Valley near the Albert River bridge and Darlington Camping area.
• A flight distance of 17km
• I was in the middle of the first turn point, The first time I have made it to a turn point!
• flight was about 1 hour 45min and got to a height of about 1300m

waiting around at launch and then a task is set and there is a rush (and long line) for the 15minute open launch


I landed about 17km out and there were a lot of gliders above the ridge including Andre very low.
