We tried to avoid packing the bike but finally it seemed to difficult with our limited French.
It was 1:15pm when we decided to pack and took less than half an hour to pull the bike apart.
It then took about half an hour to pack everything into the case. I didn't dismantle the trailer so that may have added a few minutes.

At Rabat we got off at Salé station and reassembled the bike which took a bit over an hour.
From arriving at 7:30 to leaving took exactly 2 hours as there were a few hold ups:
Broken spoke and broken nipple which I spent time looking at.
Lost 4mm Allen key (obviously left at Marrakesh)
Eating and drinking
Shopping at the supermarket which took well over 15 minutes at the end.
