Seeded Crackers

1/2 cup Chia seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 sup sesame seeds
1/2 cup almond meal (or LSA)
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of freshly chopped sage
(or other herbs)
1 teaspoon dulse flakes
1/4 teaspoon of salt


Preheat oven to 160°C
Line baking tray with baking paper.
Combine seeds and almond-meal in a bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk everything else with 250ml water.
Combine the two.
Spread on tray so mixture is about 5mm thick.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut into about 20 crackers
