Korean Stopover

P1050092 Korea 4 day stop-over: Seoul and Yongpyong (skiing)
HERE ARE THE PHOTOS

We arrived from Chitose (near Sapporo in Hokkaido, Japan) about 5:30pm in Incheon Airport about 50km from Seoul.
We had made no reservations but had very roughly decided on a few days in Seoul and a few days in Yongpyong, the largest ski resort in Korea. At the airport we decided to try to find a hotel near where the shuttle bus would take us and where the main tourist sites are. We picked out a guesthouse that looked cheap and pleasant (cost 50,000 won per night i.e. about AU$58) called Yim's House.
Our first day was Sunday we booked for a theatre show at night then visited the Folk museum before walking to the theatre. We had a great personal and free guide at the folk museum and the theatre show was excellent.

On Monday we spent from 9:30 until 2:30 i.e. 5 hours arranging our bus to Yongpyong for the next day! modtly waiting for replays but incredibly frustrating as forms had to be completed and re-completed and payment had to be made by PAYPAL etc etc.
